WEEK 1 WORKOUT 1 *COUCH TO 5K*

I finally started this grouling work out regime. I felt like my body was killing itself as I started the program tonight. Though at the end of it all, i felt great satisfaction to the beginning of my new life. I know now than before when I would lose weight that it was just about looking good.. Now its about being healthy and not Popping  pills like a junky at 40 taking high blood pressure,cholesterol and other wonderful expensive meds to keep me balanced. I have done this workout before a long while ago which I could see results well, but I quit to soon.. I must get some water , I worked up quite a sweat  which I havne’t done in some time !
