Parmesan crusted pork tenderloin under sauteed corn with tomato and onion

Parmesan crusted pork tenderloin under sauteed corn with tomato and onion

I covered the pork with olive oil and put oregano, rosemary and basil with garlic. Then I covered the pork with parmesan cheese. I baked this in the oven at 350f for around 30 minutes. Then I sauteed my corn and tomatoes in a sauteed pan. I use quinoa as well for my starch as well at times.. I will show this in my dishes in the future also.
I challenge you guys to buy more of one type of meat at a time to where you can’t mix up your options with different meats. Then you can expand upon one type of meat and really dive into making your own flavors with something you have to eat a lot more. I have had to do this since certain meat prices are cheaper than others at different times. When I have done this it has given me an opportunity to really explore different recipes with one type of meat.
