Home made hamburger mess-up turned into my own version of Hamburger Helper without the starch.

Ground beef with fresh garlic and onion atop stir fry. Or my version of a Hamburger helper without the starch.

So tonight for dinner I was going to make hamburger infused with garlic and sauteed onion. Then I was going to put cheddar cheese on that over a bed of stir fry instead of using bread. I am trying to not use bread as little as I can.
When I finished cooking the ground beef it kind of just fell apart on me. So instead of tryin to keep the “burgers” together I just decided to break it all apart. I then just spread the cheese and beef over the stir fry. I also drizzled some southwest mustard on top of my ground beef.
I personally thought this was a pretty tasty meal, but I think it is a personal opinion of mine. I think that a lot of people not like it. Really I made a mix of vegetables and meat, but overall I thought it was a decent “Mess up”

It really was.. I only use fresh garlic and onion anytime I cook. It is a pain to peel and separate fresh garlic, but well worth it. !
